Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2025-01-01

1. Overview

Mirame360 is committed to protecting the privacy of all users who upload, manage, or view video content through our services. The platform is currently offered free of charge, and this Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how it is used, how long it is retained, and the choices available to you regarding that information.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information supplied during registration and activation (such as name, email address, and organisation).
  • Upload details, including file names, descriptions, thumbnails, and processing status required to deliver your videos.
  • Viewer analytics such as view counts, approximate geographic indicators, and aggregated engagement metrics. No biometric or precise location data is collected.

3. How we use your data

We use collected information to authenticate your account, process and deliver uploaded videos, present analytics within your dashboard, respond to support requests, and send essential transactional communications. Optional marketing messages are provided only when you have granted explicit consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Retention and deletion

Uploaded videos are retained only for as long as necessary to provide the services you request, comply with applicable law, or resolve disputes. You may delete videos and associated metadata at any time through your account controls. Once deleted, the content is permanently removed from our active systems and backups and cannot be restored. There is no guaranteed lifetime for uploaded data, and Mirame360 may remove or archive content in the future for operational, legal, or safety reasons even if you have not initiated deletion.

5. User responsibilities and administrator rights

You are solely responsible for the material you upload, including ensuring you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to distribute that content. By submitting media you confirm that it complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

Mirame360 administrators reserve the right to review, admit, or reject uploads; remove content at any time; disable access to problematic files; and notify competent authorities if we believe content violates law or presents safety risks. These actions may occur without prior notice and apply even while the service remains free to use.

6. Information sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Data may be shared with carefully selected service providers who assist in delivering our services and who are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, or to request data portability. Requests can be submitted via the contact methods listed below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

8. Security

Mirame360 maintains administrative, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information and uploaded content against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we regularly review and enhance our safeguards to align with industry best practices.
